Hi, I'm Matthew Spencer. I’m humbled and grateful to have had an extraordinary career so far. I love all things photography, and always seeking to learn and grow wherever possible in my life and vocation. 

I started my career as a designer, then art director, and eventually creative director, helping create for brands you may know. In the last 20 years I've produced photos, video, design and more for household names like NBC Universal, REI, Sony, Energizer, Aveda, Conde Nast, Hearst, Home Depot, and many others. My photography has been featured in Elle, Seventeen Magazine, Women’s Fitness, and a variety of other publications worldwide. I'm award-winning for my beauty and product photography, and served several years as a Sony flagship brand ambassador photographing a human rights documentary series. But that's enough of the accolades and name dropping. 

I'm seeking exciting new brands to bring my time and talents to as a creative director, photographer, expert retoucher, stylist, and more. I love working with people to create world-class visuals that captivate. I thrive on working inside and alongside companies that foster top-tier professionals that bring passion and joy to their work, and evangelism to the brands, products, and people that they serve.
